What explains this natural phenomenon?
Tides of Mont Saint Michel invade bay 2 times a day (with an amplitude of about 13 meters day intensive). This is explained by the movement up then down to the sea caused by the effect of the gravitational forces of the moon and sun. Where to see the tides?

In 2015, Mont-Saint-Michel becomes an island during high tides. Parking is 2.5 km on the mainland. Since this park and the Tourist Information Centre, Free shuttles transport and walkways lead visitors to Mount. Down of passengers is 400 meters from the entrance to an unobstructed view of the Mont and the bay.
